The location is central. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to the volcano area. The staff are helpful and genuinely helpful, giving their best to make the stay a very good experience.

The complimentary drink and cookie upon arrival were a nice touch, and the hotel's location near the airport was convenient for our late arrival. The free shuttle service was reliable and took only 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The pool area looked well-maintained and inviting.
The room was not up to par.
The sheets were stained and the bathroom had a strong odor.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was outstanding. the exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. the service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff attending to our every need. the restaurant served a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. the location advantages were great, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the Wi, Fi, which was slow and unreliable in our room.
However, this did not dampen our overall experience at this hotel.

Good This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious and exclusive amenities. the service was impressive, and the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were wonderful for relaxing. I also enjoyed the live entertainment and massage services. the room was well, maintained, with open, air bath and private facilities for a comfortable stay. the restaurant offered delicious in, room breakfast and special diet menus, while the bar and lounge area provided a great atmosphere for drinks.
Cons the only minor issue was the location, which lacked convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants.
However, the hotel's packed lunches and snack bar were helpful in providing sustenance.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was good and spotless. Central location of this hip new venue was a bonus. There were a lot of restaurants to eat, like Changuiche that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced, on the second floor.

I recently stayed in a hotel for my city trip and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff was super helpful. They even offered complimentary shuttle services and car rentals, which made our stay much more convenient. The location was also great, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. And the best part? The comfortable beds and pillows! We slept like babies.
The only downside was that some rooms could be noisy if there was a party in the bar on the upper floor.
Plus, the pool was on the smaller side and the water was heated, making it more like a whirlpool.
